PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Composite desulfurizing agent can selectively take out H2S、CO2 from refinery gas and natural gas.
FEATURES
The product is composed by multi-component. Its main component is MDEA and some kinds of high-effective additives. It has higher activity and desulfurizing effect than N-methyldiethanolamine. Its desulfurizing selectivity, capacity for absorbing acid gas, stability, antifoaming ability and regeneration ratio are fairly better than N-methyldiethanolamine. It has good chemical stability, better resistance to oxidation, lower corrosion and lower freezing point. It can be used very conveniently.
APPLICATION CONDITION (REFERENCE)
(1) Temperature of feeding gas to the tower: 30-35ºC
(2) Concentration of desulfurizing agent: 35-40%
(3) Temperature of feeding lean gas 40ºC
(4) Ratio of gas to liquid: 800-1000
(5) Ratio of agent to hydrocarbon: 1:4
(6) Pressure at the top of regeneration tower: 0.08-0.1Mpa
(7) Pressure at the top of regeneration tower: >105-115ºC
(8) Temperature at the bottom of regeneration tower: 125ºC
